Note: This recipe has measurements for a double recipe and a single recipe.
Double recipe makes 16-18 waffles (8-9 with single recipe). Use a ½C dipper for each waffle
Waffle iron, oil with a silicon brush between waffles
Wait until the waffle iron has reached it's temperature before using
2-2½ minutes depending on your waffle iron (2½ for ours)
Use a ½C measure to scoop the batter and pour into waffle iron. Remove when ready.
Stored cooked waffles in a toast rack to keep them crisp while you're cooking.
