Makes 15 thin pancakes with ⅓C dipper (20 with ¼C)
        Big frying pan, lightly oil between each pancake
        Medium - Medium High heat (9 on our induction hob)
        roughly 1½ minutes each side
      
        Use a ⅓C measure to scoop the batter and pour into hot oiled pan, then swirl around to get a nice big circle.
        Eat with icing sugar and lemon juice. Or whatever.
